ZANESVILLE — Allison Weeks has been promoted to Vice President/Customer Experience/Business Development Officer of The Community Bank.

“As part of our continued focus to drive a consistent customer experience, Allison’s passion for customer advocacy will maximize customer acquisition and retention. Allison is driven to evaluate our customer care approach and will excel in ensuring the collective voice of the customer is incorporated in developing and executing our product and services,” said Eric S. Holsky, President and CEO.

Weeks began her banking career in 1993 as a Finance Company Branch Manager. She has also held positions as a Mortgage Broker, Real Estate Sales Agent, and Personal Banker throughout her career. She is a resident of Zanesville, and has been working around the Zanesville area since 1993. Weeks graduated with her Associate’s Degree in Arts and Science from The Ohio State University.

Her passion to serve and give back is an ideal fit with The Community Bank’s mission to help build prosperous communities. Weeks is a high profile community advocate who is actively involved by serving her third term as an Affiliate Director of Guernsey-Muskingum Valley Association of Realtors, member of Noon Rotary, past vice president of Zanesville Soroptimist Club, Lah-Di-Dahs, member and past secretary of Muskingum County Senior Task Force and volunteers with Muskingum County Senior Citizens. She is a current member of the Zanesville Country Club and has taught yoga, Pilates, and strength training classes at several local fitness facilities around Zanesville.
