The sixth meeting of the Zion Valley Squealers was in person at Kendra Hill’s house. The secretary and treasurer’s reports were read. Lily Talbot gave a health report on the spread of COVID-19. Jenna Ramey gave a presentation on how to repurpose broken, used, or old items.
Several parents volunteered to be in charge of the club’s fair booth. The theme for the fair booth is Brighter Days Ahead. The 4-H club will provide special club T-shirts for the week of the fair. Paperwork for anyone attending 4-H camp this year is due by May 21.
The Duck Derby will be held on June 17 at 6 p.m. Meat rabbit taggings will be held at the fairgrounds on June 19 from 9–11 a.m. 4-H camp will be held at Camp Ohio from June 22–25. The Skillathon judging will be June 29 from 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The next meeting will be held via Zoom on June 6 at 6 p.m.
