MARIETTA – The OPWC State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP) and the Local Transportation Improvement Program (LTIP) application information and guidelines are now available for Athens, Belmont, Hocking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry and Washington counties, according to a news release from the Buckeye Hills Regional Council.

Eligible projects are as follows:

• Roads/Guardrails

• Bridge/Culverts

• Water Supply Systems

• Waste Water Systems

• Solid Waste Facilities

• Storm Water Systems

Who may apply:

• Counties

• Cities

• Villages

• Townships

• Sanitary Districts*

• Water & Sewer Districts*

*Sanitary and Water/Sewer Districts must be a public entity, not a private company

Applications are due to the Buckeye Hills Regional Council on Aug. 31, 2021 by 4 p.m.
