The defendant Randy Denny, Jr. pled “guilty” to failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a third-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant Jack McConnell pled “guilty” to felonious assault with a firearm specification, a second-degree felony.

Termination Judgment

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, the defendant Phillip Traugh was placed on Community Control for three years and must attend and successfully complete aftercare treatment at a community based correctional facility. The defendant must also complete 100 hours of Community Service.

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, the defendant Michael Tobin, Jr. was sentenced to 30 months in prison.

For the conviction of burglary, a second-degree felony, trespassing in a habitation, a fourth-degree felony, and two counts of aggravated menacing, first-degree misdemeanors, the defendant Scott Rex was sentenced to two years in prison.

For the violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, the defendant Howard Johnson was sentenced to 35 days in jail.

For the violated probation for two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, the defendant Jeremiah Martin was placed on Community Control and must attend and successfully complete the Pickaway Area Men’s Residential Program.
