The defendant Justus Ardetto pled “Guilty” to trafficking in heroin, a fifth-degree felony, and aggravated possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony.
For the conviction of failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, the defendant Randy Denny, Jr., was placed on Community Control for five years and must attend and successfully complete time at a Community Based Correctional Facility. The defendant also had his driver’s license suspended for five years and was ordered to complete 100 hours of Community Service.
For the conviction of three counts of domestic violence, a third-degree felony, two counts of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, aggravated menacing, a firs-degree misdemeanor, violating a protection order, and three counts of violation a protection order, the defendant James Doughty was sentenced to 14-17 and a half years in prison.
For the conviction of trafficking in heroin, a third-degree felony, with a forfeiture specification, the defendant Adam Hatem was sentenced to 36 months in prison. Hatem was also fined $5,000 and must forfeit multiple items to the Perry County Commissioners and Perry County Sheriff’s Office.
For the violated probation of two counts of burglary, a third-degree felony, and two counts of grant theft, a third-degree felony, the defendant Corey Cipriano was placed on Community Control and must attend and successfully complete the full 180-day STAR Program and a transitional program afterward.
