Termination Judgment

For the violated probation for aggravated trafficking in drugs and complicity to aggravated trafficking in drugs, both fourth-degree felonies, the defendant Timothy Riley was sentenced to 18 months in prison.

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, the defendant Jeffrey Patrick was sentenced to 24 months in prison.

For the conviction of improperly handling firearms in a motor vehicle, a fourth-degree felony, the defendant Charles Dye, III was sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $250 and placed on Community Control for three years.

For the conviction of three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, the defendant Patrick Weaver was placed on Community Control for three years and must attend and successfull complete his time at a community based correctional facility. The defendant must also complete 100 hours of Community Service.
