For the violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, and complicity to trafficking in heroin, a third-degree felony with a forfeiture specification, the defendant Timothy Harris was sentenced to 30 days in jail. Harris must also undergo a substance abuse evaluation and attend and successfully complete and recommended treatment.

For the violated probation for domestic violence with priors, a third-degree felony, the defendant Robert Leforce was ordered to attend and successfully complete the STAR relapse program.

For the violated probation for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony with a forfeiture specification, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, the defendant Natasha Reed was ordered to attend and successfully complete the full STAR program and a residential transitional treatment program afterward.

For the violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, the defendant Staci Ferguson was ordered to attend and successful complete Stantonvilla and any recommended intensive outpatient treatment afterward.

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony, the defendant Candace Layne was sentences to 24 months in prison.
