Termination Judgment

For the offense of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, the defendant Howard M. Johnston was placed on community control for three years with the condition of attending and successfully completing a community based correctional facility. The defendant must also perform 100 hours of community service.

For the offense of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, and trafficking in marijuana, a felony of the fourth degree with a firearm specification and forfeiture specification, the defendant Natanya E. Wilson was placed on community control for three years with the condition to be incarcerated in the Southeastern Ohio Regional Jail for 30 days. The defendant was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and must forfeit $2,000 and a handgun to the Perry County Sheriff’s office.
