• Stephen Kirk violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to six months in jail, and his community control was revoked.

• Francis Glick was convicted of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. Glick was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay court costs, and attend and successfully complete a community-based correctional facility. Glick was placed on community control for three years.

• David Skeens, Jr., was convicted of escape, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to six months in prison and ordered to pay court costs.

• Ronald Boyd was convicted of possession of cocaine and possession of a fentanyl-related compound, both fifth-degree felonies. He was fined $1,000; ordered to enter drug and alcohol treatment, perform 100 hours of community service and pay court costs, and was placed on three years of community control.

• Barclay McCualsky was convicted of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. McCualsky was sentenced to nine months in prison and ordered to pay court costs.

• James Guisinger violated probation for theft of a credit card, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to pay court costs, and to attend and successfully complete the STAR program as previously ordered and an additional transitional and/or residential program afterward.
