• Ivan Casto was convicted of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a first-degree felony; trafficking in drugs, a fourth-degree felony; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 3 to 4-1/2 years in prison, fined $11,000 plus court costs, and ordered to forfeit a cellular phone to the Perry County Sheriff’s Office.
• Frank Romano was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 43 days in jail; ordered to pay court costs, perform 100 hours of community service and undergo drug and alcohol treatment; and placed on three years community control probation.
• Gregory Pargeon was convicted of breaking and entering and theft, both fifth-degree felonies. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail; ordered to pay court costs and restitution, perform 100 hours of community service and undergo drug and alcohol treatment; and placed on three years community control probation.
• David Skinner pled guilty to failure to register, a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing will be set.
• Mary Estep pled guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing will be set.
• David Johns, Jr., violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to pay court costs, and to continue to attend and successfully complete the STAR program, and an additional transitional and/or residential program afterwards, and his community control probation was continued.
