The defendant Josh Wilson pled “Guilty” to possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant James Bray pled “Guilty” to aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony, escape, a fourth-degree felony, and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant Cody Nafzger pled “Guilty” to falsification in a theft offense, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant Mary Bowen pled “Guilty” to possession of drugs, a second-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant Steven Beard pled “Guilty” to attempted aggravated assault, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant Landen Price pled “Guilty” to unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

The defendant Seth Miller pled “Guilty” to trafficking in heroin, with a forfeiture specification, a fifth-degree felony, and possession of heroin, a fourth-degree felony.

Termination Judgment

For the conviction of trafficking in heroin with a forfeiture specification, a fourth-degree felony, and permitting drug abuse with a forfeiture specification, a fifth-degree felony, the defendant Ronald Triplett was sentenced to 13 months in prison. He was fined $2,000 and court costs. He also must forfeit $4,804 and a black cell phone to the Perry County Sheriff, forfeit a 2007 Volkswagen and a 2008 Volkswagen to the Perry County Commissioners.

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs and tampering with evidence, third-degree felonies, the defendant Johnny Lundell was sentenced to 36 months in prison. He was fined court costs and must forfeit cash and an iPhone to the Perry County Sheriff’s office.

For the conviction of two counts of trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony, the defendant Faleign Wilson was placed on community control for four years and must attend and successfully complete time at a community based correctional facility.

For the violated probation for aggravated trafficking in drugs, a third-degree felony, the defendant Sara Procacci was placed on community control and must attend and successfully complete the full STAR program.

For the violated probation for two counts of trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and aggravated possession of drugs, fifth-degree felonies, the defendant Buford belcher was sentenced to 20 months in prison.

For the conviction of trafficking in heroin, with a forfeiture specification, and possession of heroin, fourth-degree felonies, the defendant Tanner Spiars was placed on community control for three years. He must attend and successfully complete time at a community based correctional facility and forfeit cash and call phone to the Perry County Sheriff’s Office. He was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and was fined $2,000.
