The defendant Christine Fain pled “Guilty” to aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the third degree, with a forfeiture specification. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

The defendant Russell Tablet II pled “Guilty” to breaking and entering, a felony of the fifth degree, and grand theft, a felony of the fourth degree. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

Termination Judgment

For the conviction of two counts of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the third degree, and one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree, the defendant Alexis Stoneburner was sentenced to 72 months in prison.

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, the defendant Dianna Losey was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service. She was placed on community control for three years and must attend and successfully complete her term at a community based correctional facility.

For the conviction of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the third degree, the defendant Tarasha Dawn Hale was sentenced to 18 months in prison with a $5,000 fine.

For the conviction of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the third degree, the defendant Ricardo Salvatore Rizzato was sentenced to nine months in prison.

Indictment

The jurors of the Grand Jury of the State of Ohio indicted the following defendants:

Randy G. Denny Jr. on two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, a drug or abuse or a combination of them, a misdemeanor of the first degree, and one count of failure to comply with order or signal of a police officer, a felony of the third degree.

Shane Curtis McKee on one count of possession of heroin, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree.

Brett M. Hill on two counts of possession in heroin, a felony of the fifth degree, and one count of trafficking in heroin, a felony of the fifth degree.

James Robert Doughty on three counts of domestic violence, a felony of the third degree, two counts of felonious assault, a felony of the second degree, one count of kidnapping, a felony of the first degree, one count of aggravated menacing, a misdemeanor of the first degree, one count of rape, a felony of the first degree, and four counts of violating a protection order, a felony of the third degree.
