Termination Judgment

For the conviction of two counts of possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony, the defendant Brett Hill was sentenced to seven months in prison.

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification and permitting drug abuse, both fifth-degree felonies, the defendant Robert Seenes, Jr. was placed on Community Control for three years and must attend and successfully complete a Community Based Correctional Facility.

For the conviction of corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony with a forfeiture specification, the defendant Tyler Sprankle was sentenced to three to four and a half years in prison.
