Judge Cooperrider, in the Probate Court this week, heard on structured settlement case regarding a personal injury settlement, one name change for a minor child and five delinquent estate cases. All five estates have past-due final accounts. The attorneys and executors must appear, or file the paperwork needed.
Judge Cooperrider attended the Perry County Park District monthly meeting. The Park District sponsored a hike at Fort Glenford in September and the History of Clay in Perry County. The next event will be Nov. 21. Judge Cooperrider will present the History of the Famous Sam Sheppard murder trial.
Judge Cooperrider held one classification hearing for a youth charged with a sex offense.
