Criminal
• Dereck Flowers was convicted of possession of heroin, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay court costs, forfeit cash to the Perry County Sheriff’s Office, and attend and complete a community -based corrrectional facility, and he was placed on four years community control.
• Jaden Dennis was convicted of possession of a fentanyl-related compound, a fifth-degree felony. Dennis was sentenced to 38 days in jail and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay court costs, and attend and successfully complete the CAIRN program, and was placed on three years community control.
• Nicholas White pled guilty to vehicular homicide, a fourth-degree felony; aggravated possession of drugs, a third-degree felony; safecracking, a fourth-degree felony; and possessing criminal tools, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing will be set.
• Jaymz Spangler violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony.

She was sentenced to 30 days in jail and ordered to pay court costs, receive drug and alcohol treatment and perform 100 hours of community service, and placed on three years community control.
• Ryan Bradley violated probation for possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to pay court costs and to attend and successfully repeat the STAR relapse program, and his community control was continued.
• Dereck Flowers pled guilty to possession of heroin, a third-degree felony, and aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing will be set.
