Perry County Common Pleas Court

• Gregory Youtsey pled guilty to burglary, a second-degree felony, and domestic violence, a first-degree misdemeanor. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered.

• Christopher Dickerson violated probation by illegally conveying drugs of abuse onto the grounds of a specified government facility, a third-degree felony. He was sentenced to 30 months in prison, ordered to pay court costs, and his community control was revoked.

• Christopher Hill violated probation by committing domestic violence. He was sentenced to an additional four days in jail, ordered to pay court costs, and to continue to attend and successfully complete the STAR program.
