The defendant Tyler Sprankle pled “Guilty” to corrupting another with drugs, a second-degree felony with a forfeiture specification. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered with a sentence hearing to be set.

Termination Judgment

For the conviction of assault, a fourth-degree felony, the defendant Austin Luderman was sentenced to 45 days in jail and placed on Community Control for three years. He must attend and successfully complete a counseling program for anger management.

For the violated probation for complicity to breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony, and complicity to grand theft, a fourth-degree felony, the defendant Shannon Harding was sentenced to five days in jail. The defendant was also placed on Community Control and must attend and successfully complete time at the Muskingum Behavioral Health Intensive Outpatient Program.
