The defendant Michael Limings pled “Guilty” to failure to comply with order or signal of a police office, a felony of the third degree, and felonious assault, a felony of the first degree.

Termination Judgment

For the conviction of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, the defendant Dustin Thompson was ordered to complete 100 hours of Community Service and must attend and successfully complete a community based correctional facility and transitional program afterward.

For the violated probation for three counts of aggravated possession of drugs, a felony of the fifth degree, the defendant Donald Scenhower Jr., was placed on Community Control and must attend and successfully complete STAR.

For the violated probation for two counts of burglary, a felony of the third degree, and two counts of grand theft, a felony of the third degree, the defendant Corey Cipriano was placed on Community Control and must attend and successfully complete Ohio Addiction Recovery Center.

For the offense of one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the fourth degree, one count of illegal manufacture of drugs, a felony of the second degree, one count of aggravated trafficking in drugs, two counts of endangering children, felonies of the third degree, and two counts of illegal manufacture of drugs, felonies of the first degree, the defendant Edward A. Itayim was sentenced to a total of 72 months in a state penal institution.
