Phillip Traugh violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to pay court costs and to continue to attend and successfully complete the STAR program.

James Bray violated probation for aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony; escape, a fourth-degree felony; and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay court costs and to continue to attend and successfully complete the full STAR program.

Luciano DeCicco violated probation for breaking and entering, a fifth-degree felony; and theft, a first-degree misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay court costs and to attend and successfully complete the Phoenix Center, their transitional program, and their sober living program.

Christopher Bush violated probation for trafficking in heroin, a fourth-degree felony. He was ordered to pay court costs and to continue to attend and successfully complete the full STAR program and an additional and/or residential program afterward.

Justine Feyh was convicted of domestic violence, a fourth-degree felony. She was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay court costs, and attend and successfully complete a community-based correctional facility, and was placed on four years of community control.

Gary Gardner was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay court costs, and attend and successfully complete a community-based correctional facility, and was placed on three years of community control.

Cody Ritzman was convicted of aggravated possession of drugs, a fifth-degree felony. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, pay court costs, and undergo drug and alcohol treatment, and was placed on three years of community control.

William Overlay, Jr., pled guilty to possession of heroin, a fifth-degree felony. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing will be set.

Robert Chapman pled guilty to trafficking in a fentanyl-related compound and trafficking in heroin, both fifth-degree felonies. A pre-sentence investigation was ordered, and a sentencing hearing will be set.
